About us

Marino opened El Corcel in Crawfordsville, Indiana during June of 2013 serving traditional Mexican dishes as well as introducing an exciting variety of Peruvian entrees to the area.  Born and raised in Veracruz, Mexico, Marino came to Montgomery county from Indianapolis, having developed his mastery of culinary skills in central and south American cuisine for over eight years.
